Freight Details
Vintage barber chairs ship fully crated and fully assembled via freight truck delivery. Due to the size and weight of these chairs, standard parcel shipping is not available.
All freight deliveries include liftgate service unless otherwise specified.
Delivery Address
A commercial address is strongly recommended, as freight delivery to commercial locations is typically more cost-effective.
Residential deliveries may incur additional carrier fees due to limited access and handling requirements.
Delivery Instructions
The chair arrives fully assembled inside a protective crate. Upon delivery, the outer crate will need to be broken down to reveal the chair.
This is a heavy item, and two or more people are required to safely uncrate and move it.

Warranty Information
Due to the size and weight of vintage barber chairs and the fact that they ship exclusively via freight, warranty support is provided via live video assistance (FaceTime or similar).
- 1-year limited warranty
- Covers mechanical or functional issues not related to normal wear and tear
- Replacement parts are shipped if needed
- We guide you step-by-step via video to make any necessary repairs
In previous cases, issues have been resolved quickly by shipping replacement parts and assisting customers through the repair process remotely.
